Shores of hawk run pattern

I paid for both downloads on shores of hawk run by carriage house samplings but blocks8,9 and 10 are missing along with cover page

From what I can tell, the entire pattern is there, on the two first pages of the first pfd.

I agree with you. There are no color keys for blocks 8, 9 and 10 and the color keys are different for each block so you cannot use a key from another block to make it work.
