problems with download

Having some problems to download some files...it already cost me 90 gold coins because after the first information to paid, it apears " Internal Error, can not display this content ". is anyone else with this problem?

some files you have to pay two times
first for the poster
and again for the system

That happens to me. I just refresh the page and then the link to download is visible again.
