Hello everyone, I am new to this group and just wanted to introduce myself.  I am in Houston TX and have been crafting over 30 years, Cross Stitch, Hardanger, Swedish Weave, Stained Glass, Beading, Quilting and my latest endeaver Diamond Painting lol.  I do most of my crafts to be sold as I live full time in a RV/ Caravan and just can not hand everything I do or want to do lol.  I have no 2 legged kids but have 2 furbabies.. There is Mena which is a 13 yr old female Chihuahua that weighs 5 pounds ( rules the house ) and then there is Frank our 4 yr old male English Bulldog that weighs in at 64 pounds. I am always working on something either orders or keeping busy to go on my web site to be sold some day lol. I am not able to stitch much due to my right arm hurting but have found Diamond Painting does not hurt me anywhere, so will be turning my HAEDS into Diamond Painting lol

Welcome !! Im in Houston too :) So glad you have found diamond painting so you can continue to be crafty. I am starting my first HAED soon. I am gridding the fabric and am a bit nervous I will mess it up so I have been procrastinating. I bet HAEDs will be beautiful done in diamond painting. Share some pics when you can.

Do not be scared to do a HAED, all cross stitches no matter the size and coverage is done 1 stitch at a time.  What count are you doing yours on?  I did Birth of a Star by Rachel Anderson for a customer.  Have any questions on stitching a HAED please just ask.

I saw a diamond painting that I would love to do as a cross stitch. Is it possible to use them as a cross stitch patterns?  Post time 2017-3-9 08:32
I am doing mine on 18 count aida. Since its full coverage I figure that will be easiest.  Post time 2017-3-9 08:29
