Burnished Night Hap Shawl by Sonja Bargielowska - Free

This square hap is knitted in the round with raglan style increases. There are 4 panels – one garter stitch, one lace and two simple stocking stitch. If desired you could interchange these panels adding more or less of any, or even insert your own lace design. If you’re a beginner, then you may want to omit the lace panel.

This hap is written for two sizes, the smaller size is not pictured but has a much smaller MC panel and a larger garter stitch border. As the hap is worked outwards from the centre, it is easy to alter the size to accommodate the amount of yarn you have.

Level of Difficulty: intermediate / beginner, this pattern features lace, but that section can be easily omitted
