HI CAN ANYONE HELP I HAVE BROUGHT SOME SOME CHARTS AND THEY SAY THAT I NEED AN APP TO OPEN THEM WHICH APP DO I NEED AS I DONT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND CHINEESE I DONT KNOW WHICH ONE I NEED HELP PLEASE THANKS SARAH

adobe acrobat reader should be fine if you dont already have a pdf viewer on your pc/phone

Try this download.  If a pattern is medium to large they may compress the file but this will open it.

Hi I am still having problems.I can not get the files to open any ideas thanks

1. Are you using a computer, iPad or?
2. Are you able to see your copy of the jpg picture?
3. What to the PDF files look like to you?
4. Does it look like a folder with a zipper on it?
5. Or does it look like a stack of books?

Im not sure if you are needing to open a zipped archive first or if it may be ready to read? Look up "PDF viewer" on Google and you should be able to find a free program if needed.

If you answer the above questions, I may be able to help you more...
