Why are my patterns recycled.

I uploaded 2 patterns later I found out that one of them was already on the site and 1 was new why are they recycled.
Did I do something wrong if this is the case please explain that to me so I dont make the mistake twice.
Update I looked  again and I see that both patterns are on the site so my mistake.

Both are repetitions, and this reason should be in the answer given by Moderator
as the patterns were recycled
