Get an error when uploading a picture

Good morning everyone :)

Since yesterday I have been having issues creating a new thread. It wont let me upload the pdf and it wont let me upload a picture. Specifically when I try to upload the picture, after a long wait it pops up a box saying Server (IO) Error.
I rebooted my desktop computer at least four times but it wont change the situation. Anyone else had this problem? I was wondering if its on my end or if the site is having a bit of a busy time.

Thanks for reading this and hope somebody can have an idea of what is wrong.
