The ordeal of posting and then get accused of duplicate thread

Dear mods and everyone who reads this,
I need to vent about approved and then immediately RECYCLED threads.

Before I post a thread I ALWAYS make sure that what I plan to share is not on the site already. At the time of typing this, 2 of the 4 threads I had prepared have been considered duplicates. I didnt see them in my search, believe me. I came to the conclusion that perhaps those who cannot access some levels are somehow STOPPED from getting ALL the results in the search. It would make sense as otherwise, I see no other logical explanation.

Something else: whats the point of approving a thread and then repute it bad enough to bin it? Is it not better to inform the user that their threads have been refused? Why the approval when the thread has not actually been approved at all? A moderator is there to avoid clutter and filter duplicates, as you so often do AFTER the approvals.

When I tried to contact the moderators, a pop-up box tells me that I may not PM anymore for today. For today? I havent even sent one. Ok...

I feel a bit down and not very motivated to share anymore.

Dear Ghiromi, as one of the Moderators here Ill try to answer your question.
You write first an approval after that recycling. That is the normal way. If we do not accept but recycle right away. There is no way to tell you why we recycle. And I think you like to know.
If we say duplicate post, it is. we give you the link to the earlier post as well, in our answer, so you can check.
Using search is great, thanks for that, but it does not always work. I have to use the search daily and still cant find everything.
Do not feel accused as we say duplicate. We do not accused you, we just tell you.
Hope you understand, do not feel cross or sad, just try again.
