• any DK weight yarn, approx. 50g for baby and toddler sizes and up to 80g for child and adult sizes (or 150 up to 240yards)
• crochet hook 4mm or size needed to obtain gauge
• 2 buttons
• tapestry needle

Gauge:
With DK weight yarn – work 9sc and 9rows to measure 2x2in or 5x5cm.

sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
sl st – slip stitch
