The shawl has eight different designs in lace or textured stitches to showcase your knitting skills. None of the patterns are difficult but you will start with a basic stitch and become more challenged by the design at each change.
Size: 163cm x 74cm or 64” x 29” blocked
I used a 6mm or US10 circular needle to hold all of the stitches at the end. The shawl starts with a few stitches and increases on one side of every second row to make a triangle on its side.
The edging is a simple yarn over and slip at the beginning of each row with the two “stitches” knit together on the return row to make a braided looking edge.
