Knit Crochet love - Debra Ashkar - Hearts and Flowers Mandala 12 Afghan Square- Free

This was inspired by Layered Daisy in a Heart Pattern by Lorene Haythorn Eppolite of CreationCrochet and that pattern is available at this link

This is a pattern for a 12” square afghan block.

She saw the Layered Daisy in a Heart and imagined making hundreds of them and sewing them together into a blanket, but that sounded like so much work! This design is much simpler, making 9 blocks for a baby blanket size, 12 for a throw, 16 for an afghan, 20 for a blanket, or larger to make a bedspread. I made mine with 16 blocks.
