Hello, I want to mount a doll on a base to create a sort of scene...the doll standing in a pose on a field of grass and flowers. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

You can create the scene with a plywood, and sticking up artificial grass.

You can put the doll in the posture that you want with wire. You can put it inside the doll even, before finishing sewing it, so that the wire is not visible. And if you need to, stick part of the doll to the plywood (feet for example).

I was thinking something like that. The doll is crocheted with a wire skeleton but I dont know if I nail the foot down or how to make it removable. The grass/flowers would be crocheted as well.  Post time 2017-6-6 15:44
