Problem with File

Just downloaded and then tried to open this file....

... here it says its a .pdf, but on my pc and tablet its a .bin file.... strange, because I never had any problems with any files (.pdf, .rar, etc.) downloaded from here.
Would someone have a look at it, please?

I have no problem with this file. Try clicking the downloaded file with the right mouse button. Click on the Properties tab and change the bin on the pdf
