May be you are DIY.1 and need to be higher level. You need to increase your credits posting and answering other post.

I have plenty of credits, but it will not let me purchase to level up my permissions.  Ive been here quite awhile responding.

Because to download some patterns the uploader has only made it available for people of a certain level and you are a level 0 at the moment so youre not allowed to download their uploads. In this case it doesnt matter how many credits or coins you have it the level or permissions you have that are stoping you.
