It depends on your crochet level, but remember that the stitches are the same and translations of the names are available on the Internet. If possible, there is also Google translate - what I am trying to say pick an easy pattern where you have it in English and Russian and give it a shot - it will take more time at first but it will open up a wonderful world of possibilities of making some great patterns! All you need is some time and patience!
