Indian Star Basket design was inspired by Native American textile art. Using this pattern you can create basket, pillow or a pounch for your make-up, for example. In order basket keeps its shape well, it’s recommended to line it with fabric. Old jeans will work perfect! The pattern contains complete instructions how to complete a pillow throw. The basket/pillow is made in Overlay Crochet technique. This easy to follow pattern (16 pages) is written for one size, but can be easily adjusted for any size. It contains step by step full written instructions in English using standard crochet abbreviations and US terms (stitch guide is given in the pattern). It also contains lots of pictures explaining all the tricky and difficult places. Crochet level: Intermediate (front post stitches) Materials: - Yarn in 4 colors.
- Crochet hook 4.5 mm (US7) or the size that will give an acceptable gauge.
- Scissors and Tapestry needle to weave the ends in.
