A few suggestions on changing pattern for a man

The pattern is Janlynn 023-0191 - Celebration of Music. I will be changing some of the instruments with brass, woodwinds and percussion intruments, and getting rid of the hearts with two items, but now I look at the colors and I want to make the colors stand out. School colors are orange, white, and black. Any suggestions on the best way to change up the colors to brighter ones. Any suggestions would be great. Intend to get started in the next week but now I think I could use an assist.
