What did I not fill in.

I want to place a Christmaspattern but what I must fill in in other stitches?
My picture is colored, pattern black what must I fill in there, I dont understand it, Im sorry.
Can give someone this information?
Im confushed why my pattern is not placed.
Im new and dont know everything, but I keep asking, I hope I get a answer.

Did you post it to the wrong forum? If its a scanned pattern then youll need to submit a new thread in Cross Stitch Patterns Scanned.

I post my pattern on advice from Fox.01 in cross stitch pattern and then it must work she said.
My question is what I must fill in in other stitches for my pattern.
1/4, 1/3 and so further that is something I dont understand, but my pattern was approved by annekins.
