Paid but did not download and ? message

How do I get a download that I paid and did not receive?  Also, what does download attachment 199 coins mean?  I get this message when I try to download the missing one.

Please help.  Thank you.

Maybe its a better idea to buy, just for the beginning, scanned patterns. Maybe there is also a scanned verson from the repaint pattern you wanted to buy. Scanned patterns are 30 coins download costs instead of 199 (repaint) and of course the price the up-loader is asking. The pattern you wanted to buy, the repaint, was in total 249 coins.

By the way, do you know how to open a repaint pattern? A repaint pattern can be a xsd or pat file, you have to open and print or make a pdf with Pattern Maker (programm for xsd) and PC stitch (programm for pat).

This is a repaint.

Repaints cost 199 gold coins (to the site)
This particular repaint has an additional charge of 50 coins (to the uploader) for a total of 249 gold coins.
You dont need to be DIY 2 to download

When she says "points" she means "gold coin".  You have 300 right now and a little gift will boost you over that.  Hopefully that will enable you to download the pattern!
