The normal break lease procedure involves certain fees, and rent must be paid until a replacement tenant is found. However, we are offering an alternative solution. We can cancel your lease agreement, but please keep in mind that the deposit and bond will not be refundable as compensation for the lost rent. This will release you from your fixed-term agreement.
