Sorry everyone there is a typo on the dress. R1 should be 17ch, crochet from 2nd chain 16 sc. Please delete reverse sc. Same with pocket, R1 please delete reverse sc. 8 ch crochet from 3rd chain 6hdc

For the shoulder, I am sure most of you expert needlewomen already knew that the writer meant to crochet the arms together where it said hand on R15.
