Hello everyone,
Im searching for a recipe for baking without sugar.
They say honey, but honey contains a lot of sugar.
What can I use as alternative, so I can eat a cake or cookies.
I was in a healthshop but they could not help me frustrating.
I want eat on a birthday also a cake or something else.:(

I am diabetic and dont have sugar at all, yes that includes honey.  I even have to watch out what
fruit has too much sugar in it.

Because we are from all over the world its best to ask your doctor what you can use as a substitute

There are many natural sugar substitutes like Stevia, perhaps you can go to the supermarket and look in the sugar aisle, they are usually put together.

Do you know ahornsirop, its made from pineapples.
And my family doctor nows notting about that.
