Buying Patterns

Can someone please tell me: 1.  Is there a thread explaining how this site works?  
                                          2.  I have purchased some patterns already but some I want to buy say that only certain members can buy them.  Why? and how do I get to that point?

Be welcome! I´m not the better people to help you... You must to earn points, as you have made already...
For each reply, you earn 5 coins, if you create a new tread, earn 20 coins... after 10 replys, more or less, I´m not sure..., you earn a credit, an so one.
In each hour, you may go to, my center, in a task button, click in your task, sign in yellow colour, and earn more points. Every day you earn 50 points...
There are more rules, but I dont knew nothing about that.

Hi Allyson
Some members choose to make their uploaded patterns available only to members that are DIY.1 or DIY.2.
A reading permission of 80 is DIY. 1 and 90 is DIY.2
