Not Receiving Coins - Chinese payment only

ADMINS - PLEASE HELP

For the last week I have been signing into PinDIY and not receiving any coins. There is a RED message at the top left of my screen that says Chinese payment only. Why am I not receiving any coins. I cant do anything on the site because of this error. Can you please help?

The Chinese payment only is for people who want to purchase gold coins. You can only use chinese payment methods like Alipay to buy them
