post waiting moderation

Hello,

I have written a post for the bounty area three weeks ago, but it is still waiting for moderation. Maybe i did something wrong or just this is the average time? I wrote to the moderator aswell with no answer at the moment, maybe i chose a wrong one from another forum.

Anyone could help me?
