Please help me with charts!

Could you please tell me how to read Japanese charts? They look a bit confusing to me. Ive never used charts before.

I added in some labels for some of the japanese words. You can find how to guides for reading crochet charts on google. Basically, the little ovals are chains, tiny black dots are slip stitches, Xs are single crochets and the V with an X inside is an increase.
