Chinese payment only???

Can someone please explain to me why the Chinese can buy gold coins with their currency but the rest of us in different parts of the world cant? Im just curious why it says "Chinese payment only". I already know that you have to earn coins by particapating but out of my curiousity would appreciate someones input on this. Thank you!

As far as I know (with google transate chinese - dutch) I did understand that you can buy gold coins.
Im not sure, but that is what I did make of it.

But why would someone buy coins? I never bought coins, Im a member since last december and got more then enough at the moment.

I just find it a bit odd and possibly unfair? I guess. I personally like earning my coins too but it would be nice to have that option for everyone just incase someone needs more coins without waiting so long to build them up. Anyways, I appreciate your response:)

Alisson you must have a transfer, I have it also. We both are in level 3.
Click on your avatar, go to your earned coins left side, click on your earned coins and you will see transfer. Fill in the coins you will give then the name, your password and reason click on send. The member who need the coins recieve it and get a message.
I hope this is enough information.
