NOTE: Theres a mistake on the last line of the pattern:

Add accents, by stitching on eyes, eyelashes and lips.

I think, the correct translation would be "beeds" instead of " accents". Well, it makes sense for the eyes but it doesnt make sense for the eyelashes and lips. Download this pattern at your own risk.
