I am having a terrible time. It takes 3-6 tries to get one 10 mb file. Server needs maintenance

I can download some but anything thats in a PDF format it ends up taking forever and being corrupt and unable to open. Ive clean my caches and even made sure my browser is updated to the latest version. Glad to know its not just me and not on my end. Hope its fixed soon.
