Downloads[answered]

After a few days downloads are still failing.
1  Someone suggested that it was only pdfs that failed - No, both zip and pdf files fail to download properly.

2  Someone suggested that only newer files failed because a new version of winrar is being used - No, I tried to download an older file and it still didnt work

3  The downloads start, the coins are deducted, a few kilobytes are downloaded and then the download stops.  

4  You cannot resume the download.  

5  If you leave the download to continue, it may finish after some time but the files are corrupted, not complete.  The downloaded file is usually smaller than it should be.

6  If the moderators are not having problems with downloads then it suggests they are accessing the downloads in a different way, different server?  

7  Will we have to pay again - both cost and download prices - when and if the download problem is resolved?

Can anyone else give examples of their experience with failed downloads?

30 October 2017 - download still not working, DL starts then stops.  
I am testing DL with ibooks so that I do not spend any coins.

One of the moderators suggested using a proxy.  I use Hola vpn and the DL works when I changed my country to UK.  I managed to DL a file from ibooks.

I think you covered it all. We are all downloading from the same source (I am guessing) so the problem is the same for everyone.

Yes!! Its happening to me too. I thought it was a problem of that single release but I now see its a widespread thing. Also, I cant see the hourly task anymore. The website is clearly having some issues and I hope they get solved soon

Had issues yesterday downloading on the laptop and decided to try with my phone and it worked great. i thought it was odd. but at least Im not the only one having problems and its not caused by my laptop.

same here 3.4kb then it stops will not go any further

@admin I have tried many times to re-download the files from the iBooks sections but it just fails. From pc or phone it always stops at a small percentage and the downloaded file is incomplete

Im experiencing the same problem since October 24th with patterns that I bought. Tried ibooks and also failed.
