Please Offer Tips On How To Successfully Download files

It seems that a lot pf members here have not been able to download files for at least a week. I have seen some members posts stating that they have been able to download files completely with no problem.

I would like for the members who have successfully downloaded files, to please offer your suggestions, if any, on how you were able to download files with no problems.

Myself and other members would greatly appreciate your advice on what to do to download files.

The technical team has been working on it. Meanwhile, you can use a proxy but dont be afraid if you get a message of the forum saying your last log in is from another country cause it may happen if you change the IP of your computer.

download maybe 30 percent and then opens file saying that it could not be open because file is corrupt or damaged

The speed of downloading is low and it drops to zero. Nothing else will be downloaded no matter how many times we try. I have tried to download a file so many times that I got the internal error message and I cannot download that anymore. However, I changed my IP and I could download that later.

Edited: I am using a proxy now and it is working.
I am new and I have tried two downloads and used my coins and both fail to open after download.L

I have the same problem.
The download starts very slowly then the speed drops to zero and it never picks up again

Could someone please explain what a "proxy" is and how to use it to overcome the download problems?
