Where do you buy safety eyes for plushiesfelt dolls ?

I buy from either Amazon or a website store called Stockade. Size depends on the size of the doll or toy. I prefer the first picture myself and they are what I buy. Babies up to children age 5 embroidery eyes are recommended and my niece was knit a mobile by her grandmother using glitter yarn which ended up in her eyes. Took them time and a lot of crying from the baby plus doctors to finally figure that out. One person on here said they melt the plastic eyes so they wont come off for a baby/child but Ive never heard of doing that before.
