I think it is the way Mac reads the PDF. I was able to transfer the PDF to my iPad after printing it to a virtual printer on my pc, it ‘flattened’ the PDF. You still need a device that will read the file to start with though.

Thank you. This helped. I dont have another device. But I opened the pdf with google chrome instead, which had all the missing parts. And saved it that way. So thanks again :)
