My post was recycled and the moderator said it was a duplicate, but the link he posted was my own, and i cant find the duplicate. How do I contact the suport? I cant send PM...

Use different key words. I knew that book was here. I searched for "Disney". Use the advanced search that it will help you a lot. To learn a bit more about searching, check out my tutorial, please.

Why dont you tell us the name of the pattern you posted and Ill check for a duplicate - sometimes its the wording.  If it is Passione Ricamo RL34 - Fairy of Dreams - The Guardian - it is already posted by other members.  Its hard to determine which "recycled" item you are referring to.

I had something similar happen to me.  If you check the url Im posting below, youll see the two patterns (Mickey and Mini) that you post are included in the download.  They deleted (recycled) one of mine for the same reason.  I did a search just like you and didnt find it as it was included in another book.  I think this is what happened to you.  Also - Ive seen things in the "bounty" area, gone through the trouble of downloading, making sure all pages were numbered and correct, uploaded it only to find out it had been uploaded MONTHS AGO but the bounty was never marked as being completed or that anyone claimed it.  The moderators do their best but I guess some things slip by them.  Heres the url of the book that includes the items you uploaded:

What did you try to post then?  The photo I saw with the link you gave had a Mickey and Mini Mouse.  The link you supplied http://www.pindiy.com/forum.php? ... &fromuid=114298 goes to the forum where I did a search - a further search today yielded this information (sorry I cant post the pictures here)  It was posted on Post time 2017-9-12 02:33:

Im sorry, my english is not very good... When I say that its wrong I mean that the moderation shouldnt do what they did to you. I think I read in the rules somewere that we cant post parts of a book or magazine, just the hole thing... I dont know, how I said, my english is not good, and Im new here... In the rules say that book files cant be less than 10mb, but when I posted it said the maximun size was 10mb... maybe its my english, but maybe they change the rules and dont fix the instructions... Im sorry if you thought I said you were wrong... This forum is helping me to work on my english.

Youre doing very well!  I wish I spoke even a smidge of another language!  The maximum is 10 mb.  If the file is over that it needs to be split into as FEW as possible because that will limit the number of files people need to download.  So for example if the file were 15 mb ideally you would have one file that is close to 10 mb and another that is close to 5 mb.  I misunderstood when I started and split the file into equal file sizes and it was rejected.  I also uploaded something that was listed in the "bounty" section that had not been "answered" or at least the bounty had not been paid.  Come to find out it had been uploaded but not reported to the person who was looking for it so my file was a duplicate and rejected.  It is definitely a learning process.
