To be honest, my first Japanese patterns were for crochet, since I used to make a lot of crochet stuff and I didnt even know that that beautiful lace was Japanese, I thought it was French, since the magazine was French. So many years later Ive found out it was reprinted edition of Nihon vogue.
About 15 years ago, looking at different web albums, I bacame curious about Japanese patterns, mostly because I realy love charts and have enough experience in knitting to make pattern for my own size. I placed my first order with yesasia.com for 300 lace patterns (sorry, but Im not allowed to post a link) and after the first one Ive made a few orders from China, because books are the same, but the price was ridiculous ... for example, 6 books for less than 20 USD. |
