The patterns are in English, before you download anything look at the instructions the owner filled in. You can always aksk the moderator if the pattern is in your language.
Look always at the comments of the moderator, for example no floss numbers or the pattern is a little blurry but usefull. It can happen a pattern slips through and not good enough, then you can report it at Turquoise. Im not allowed to post a link, but she can help you.
