paid for attachment wont download

Hi,
I paid 30 coins for a download and it wont download. how can i fix this?

Once to pay the price the uploader has set, and then a second time to pay the forums download cost. The file will then download.

that happens to me too or else it is a file with .rar at end and I cannot open but cannot figure it out
