No, as far as I know, its not posted yet.

To upload the pattern , you go this forum: http://www.pindiy.com/forum-KnittingPatternsResources-1.html

Youll find guidelines to upload a pattern. Click on "NEW" and upload the pattern.

Then you go back to this thread and there you see a button"I answered" click on that and post the link of youre uploaded pattern. Then youll get your award if its the correct pattern that is asked for.
Keep in mind that a moderator first needs to  approve your thread with the uploaded pattern, it can take some time, even a few days...

Okay I uploaded it but cannot see the thread to do the I answered button. But anywayz, it somewhere - sure somebody will find the pattern at least

You have to go the beginning of this thread, where I ask for the pattern, theres the button "I answered", right above the image of the booties.
