This is the second day I cant log in as anniekins. As you know I use Firefox but this happens with all the browsers. I have cleared cache, cookies, etc.
If I try to log in, there is no response from the site. If I try too many times, I get locked out for 15 minutes.

I am limited in what I can do with this username. I cant do very much. I just want you to know what is happening. If anyone reads this, please make Turquoise aware. Thank you.

I have problems with the site so long time. I use Chrome as browser. Cleaning cash and cookies doesnt help:(

I received lot of complaints ... I dont know what is happening right now... I talked with our tech team ... We are waiting ... I didnt get any answer yet... I dont know it is about your account or browser or devices

You know I cant do much for weeks, I know you cant do anything for this, but its not fun anymore.

I think Anniekins cant do much either and shes in DIY 0. now, I think shess just a member now.

Ow, and I dont have any problems on other sites, only this one and I use Firefox to, but I have also problems with Edge and others have problems with Chrome. Im sorry, but its the site itself.
Is the site hacked or something? Its not secured anymore to.
On every page I must give permission so that I can read it (you know, with the lock) and when I leave the site I log out, just for sure.
I cant use the options comment, reply etc. Only reply in a new message. Sometimes I can download and sometimes not.
Ow well, it saves a lot of coins :D
I hope it will be better very soon, I miss you all :(

I have disabled the chrome extensions and used this software (../chrome/cleanup-tool). I have reactivated extensions and now everything works fine.  I hope can help you.

hello, I had the same problem that lasted 17 days; I solved this problem by uninstalling the browser and reinstalling it, now I have access to the site. Good luck
