I have given Turquoise the best way to get my old account back. Angela from some thief. I was given a gift of over 3000 coins to START my account. If someone would just LOOK at the start of it, you would see it is mine. I have had it for years. I had a simple password because I was foolish and did not think of it getting stolen. I have years on it and over 20000 coins. I should be able to have it back. It is mine. Seriously. Who is going to get it BACK for me???

I had the same thing happen.  Im sure mine wasnt theft but an error in the system.  I just decided it was easier to start over so I lost all of my history, my favourites, my coin....... and the biggest loss was my level.

I did not ask for anyone to hack my account, nor to pay a reward.

I have been on this site since 2012. Not just one month. I just wanted my account back, but you win. Im done. With this. I will just rebuild this one.

Two things I would like to say before everyone gets angry and upset. The problem is if the data about the original account has been garbled, comparing that to what Angela 2 says will be of no use. It is unreliable and tainted. However what is Turquoise to do in that situation? It would help her if you can send some proof such as a re-upload of a finished work, since that would prove that you were definitely a member and active on the site before, and arent making completely false claims. It might also help to fix the problem of the account.
But simply saying that Angela 2 is lying because the Angela account had another country/ fake mail etc. is assuming that the data you have is correct. If it was maybe there wouldnt be a problem. If the system has switched the data on the original Angela account with someone else (or several someone else) then it isnt odd that it doesnt match. Nor is Angela 2 the only person this has happened to. Also people can move to another country, change e-mails over the years, so even if the data was correct when the account was started 2012 it might not be NOW 6 years later.

Do you have a historie on your pc/laptop? Maybe you can do something with that? Maybe if you go back a few month ago, search for things you did on PinDIY and double click on it and see what happens.
I dont know if it will help, but you can try.
