Bounty area taking coins???

Hi, I posted a bounty request with a reward of 500 coins, but then I get -630 coins?? Why??

Because you have to pay the site for the bounty, just as someone uploads a pattern and is asking 100 coins, she/he will get only 70 coins, 30 coins is for the site.
If someone uploads the pattern you are asking for she/he will get the 500.

It should be the amount for the bounty plus the board tax, I think that is the way it works.

thank you! I didnt realise you had to pay the site, and I didnt know the 500 coins gets taken up front, thank you for the explanation
