cant get into acc

a friend can no longer get into her acc. she tried getting a new password . still could not get in. cant remember her old pass word . can any one help

same here, I had my correct username and password but failed to recog nise it so had to register again and now Im back to nil coins!!

This seems to be a general problem.  So many of us can t get into our usernames with our passwords
