How do I contact Bounty moderator?

I have a question about a bounty I answered.  I tried to send a message to the moderator Moya, but when I clicked send it said Moya only accepts messages from friends.  How do I contact the Bounty moderator? Thanks for any help!

Thanks for your reply Sylvana, but I just tried to send Moya another message and got the same error.  "Sorry, the user can receive/send messages only for friends".
