How do I upload an avatar via mobile?

Hi, Im not sure how to upload a new avatar with my mobile. I dont have a pc/laptop. When I chose the image it doesnt change and the instructions say to press f5.. My mobile doesnt have an f5.

I actually got a laptop recently and it still wouldnt work. Whenever I try to upload it just sits there doing nothing
