Crochet - Pattern is not clear, help needed to figure out

The bag looks like youll single crochet around a chain of 13 to end up with 27 sc.  Continue crocheting around and join each row.  When you get to row 12, youll work in rows only instead of in the round.

if you are asking for the abbreviations

x means single crochet
V means increase
W means 3 single crochet in one stitch
A means decrease

and when you see things such as 18x means 18 single crochet for the following row or 6(x,v) means you need to do a single crochet then to the following stitch do an increase then multiply 6 times till to the end of the road. and start every row with a marker.

also those patterns that translated from turkish to another languages from the owner can be tricky. since turkish tends to not point out the details that can be needed sometimes.
