Hello all, how are we today?

I have been thinking of the well prepared families who spend a day doing meal prep for the month, and I am wondering if anyone here does this? Would you mind sharing your hints, tips and tricks with me please? I am finding myself looking for more and more ideas on what to make and I am just stuck. One of three children has no intolerances, one has a lactose intolerance and one is celiac so everything needs to be a bit different. It would be nice if hubby took an interest in some of these items too, to save some money on the packaged items he over indulges in.

Anything is greatly appreciated please!
Many thanks,
KJ

Will you be doing three separate lunches then for the three kids?

I find fresh fruit and vegetables will cover both bases, oranges, apples, bananas, carrots, celery etc.     Some gluten free cookies are also very good and can be offered to both.
Good luck.
