I guess if you download "the bargello book" (search in the fórum, cause I got it here), you will find this kind of pattern. I love it too, I saw it in Pinterest, do you as well?
I dont know the flosses numbers, but this pattern is a Bargello tipe (Diamond stitch or maybe box stitch). I hope I can help you!:loveliness:

This looks a lot like the Cubes pattern turned upside down from page 15 of The Bargello Book by Frances Salter.
