Sad story

Just wanted to say that I had to create a new account from a new email address. Not a terrible thing in the long run (and in perspective not life or death)! but i have lost 3 years worth of credits...sigh....password changes wouldnt work - and of course couldnt log in to get help. Had a friend log in on her account to ask for me but to no avail....but Im BACK!!!!! Who will get my credits????

I know how you feel.  Its not so bad starting over, and yes I too missed the coin I had; the items I had saved in favorites.

Thanks for the quick feedback. I know this should have gone to the admins but I expect they are very busy and my issue is probably due somewhat to tech knowledge or lack thereof so....as we say.....here we go again! But I too miss my favs section the most....

What level your old account was on?

Ohhh no, thats very unfortunate :( Maybe write in the back of a book your usernames and passwords so if this happens again you have all your information available. I learnt this the hard way! Now in the back of my address book I have a section with this information. I hope this helps xx

Thanks! I do this but didnt of course for this site as I always stay logged in but lesson learned! Windows 10 is a b!@#h when it comes to updates.... pardon my imaginary language!
