Innacurate downloads counts?

I am not sure if I dont understand how the count system works, on how many have downloaded.

I put on a chart, and today it says 251 downloads.  Yet, I have been paid for only 5 downloads.

Even if someone downloaded more than once, and if that counted in the total, how could it have come to 251?  I checked because I find it hard to believe this chart would have that much appeal, even though I like it very much.

I wonder, would it do this if somebody puts there pindiy name and password out, and many, many people use their account to download, once its been paid for once time?  

Another one says 25 downloads, only have been paid 7 times.  

I find this very strange.  Can anyone explain?

This now says 258 downloads, but I have not received only 2 payments.

What is going on?  Please?

Hmmm thats really strange, I hope you get some answers soon! I honestly have never counted the payments against the download amount. It would be interesting to know if theres the same discrepancy across the board.
