Curious about not d/l all parts of a pattern?

I have noticed for years that people will download one part of a multi-part pattern file, and then not get the rest.

For instance, one I uploaded has been paid and d/l for the first part 41 times, but the second part was d/l only 36.

The first part will not even open without the second part, and there is no charge on that but for the regular 30 coins.

Can anyone answer this puzzle?  Thank you :)

Perhaps it was a member who didnt have enough coins at the time to download both/all rars and forgot to go back? Could be maybe a new member thought they only needed the one rar? Could be most anything. Good question. Thank you for asking. :)

I think it may be because of a download error. That they had to download one of the parts more than once to get it to download correctly. This has happened to me

I agree with Frizzle12.   Sometimes it times out and the file is incomplete.  I have noticed tho recently if I refresh a page it will download that section again........ and sometimes if I just wonder why that window is open it downloads
the file again.   Not sure why this is  happening but it didnt do it before.   Probably software updates.
